New Student Application Process

You have toured the CCS campus and completed the required interview.  If you are interested in moving forward, please follow the steps below and read all information to understand our enrollment process:

Select “Application.” Click the link to the “RenWeb New Student Online Application.” RenWeb is an online information system connecting parents, school administration, and teachers.

Then, select “Create an Account.”  Log in to your account and “Create a New Student Application.”  Before you submit the application, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.  You will then have the flexibility to manage your account and access your application. After submitting the application, you may track your admissions status by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications.  We may contact you for your child’s previous school grade report.

If, after reviewing all forms, there are no issues of concern, we will formally accept your child as a student at CCS.  We will send you a link to create a RenWeb Parents Web Account to enroll your child.  When you are filling out the enrollment forms, you will be directed to complete the needed information for tuition and registration payment.  Tuition is drafted directly from the account you set up through FACTS, the payment portal within your RenWeb account.  When you submit your enrollment, your registration fee will be drafted immediately.

If your child is entering any grade between Kindergarten and 5th, we will call you to schedule an entrance exam.  Because our curriculum may be different from your child’s previous school, taking this exam is important for us to know that your child is prepared for the grade he or she is entering.  Also, the exam will determine strengths, weaknesses, or concerns prior to your child starting classes.  The teacher will use this information to individualize teaching.

Also, we’ll require your student’s birth certificate, social security card, and immunization records before enrollment is complete.

  • We are required by law to have current immunization records on every student in every file.
  • A student will only be registered or put on a waiting list when ALL of the above steps are completed.
  • CCS admits students of all races, color, national and ethnic origins to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
  • We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admission policy, scholarship programs, athletic programs, and any other school programs.
